And "no" on question 17 and only answered 18 because it is required nothing more. Pay is equal because of the union and as long as you can do the job, male or female, it should be equal. (487193) - Grandfather was a Union Carpentar, Made a good living, built his own home, and my Grandmother said that i could be anything I wanted to be. She bought me my first pair of Carharts! I was created to work with my hands, and now I am learning to FIGHT LIKE H_LL to keep it! (492607) - fuck no they just hired me and put me to work (489176) - sex no, physical abilities or limitations yes (489083) - YES STRENGTH (489080) - YES STRENGTH (489079) - minorities have a leg up in hiring including women (487255) - It shouldn't matter as long as you are qualified and capable of the work you do. Some individuals of both sexes make errors of judgment which create these incidents in the first place. If you behave professionally on the job, I believe there would be more respect and less problems in the future. (487193) - First one hired first one laid off unless you know someone. You have to be twice as talented as the BOYS and if you are they are threatened by you. Something will happen , it WILL BE YOUR FAULT and you will be let go. (487013) - No (486870) - No, my union uses a list of qualifications and the employer gets the next qualified person they don't have the option to pick and choose by gender. (492607) - sure everyones there own individual, truth is now a days the industry's a professonal enviroment and that isn't tolorated (489176) - Discrimination in it self is a negative and misleading word. (489083) - ASSHOLE RETARDED FOREMAN (489080) - ASSHOLE RETARDED FOREMAN (489079) - NO (487255) - Yes. I have been told I should be at home, women don't belong here and many times I have had coworkers not except you. I have done this for 15+ years. this is a standard when you first start. Once you prove your capabilities you will become an equal with coworkers. Management is different. Most I have encountered are fair, but there have been a few that I will never work for again because of the way I was treated by a supervisor/management. I am lucky that most of my career I have worked for Lakeside Industries and they have always been fair with having women on the job. It's a good working environment. (487193) - I had my grar shit papercilpped and rubberbanded up so I could not shift gears to drive my truck home, I had skunk scent poured on my sweatshirt that does not begin to smell until you wear it , begin to sweat and the odor eminates out, and Shall I go on.............................................................................?
