Opening Statement:    
The Independent Contractor is the person that has a direct relationship with the Account Holder(s) (Must Be Direct, Not One or More Away) who is being presented to our institution. The Independent Contractor to the best of his/her knowledge respectfully provides adequate information about the Account Holder(s) to help us successfully meet the client's goals and needs. The Independent Contractor is compensated by Atlantean Global Trade Institute and we make sure Independent Contractor is protected by our institution for future transactions presented to us (Per Account Holder(s)). The Independent Contractor shall be responsible for distributing funds to all other subordinates. Independent Contractor will be expected to cooperate with Atlantean Global Trade Institute in disclosing Account Holder(s)information to us so we may begin the process of compliance and due diligence. Independent Contractor are required to forward the initial client request on client letter head as we do not solicit clients.

The commission shall be paid to Independent Contractor designated paymaster as stated per each contract or for the life of a contract in which said funds to be allocated to said account. Option 1. I do hereby confirm that I am the Independent Contractor that direct relationship with Account Holder(s). Account Holder(s) has provided me the authority to issued the said documents that I am presenting to Atlantean Global Trade Institute. Independent Contractor understands that Atlantean Global Trade Institute will use their discretion to contact the Account Holder(s) to verify the validity of the proposed documents that I am disclosing for the purpose of due diligence and compliance.

Option 2. I Independent Broker Contractor has agreed and accepted that Independent Broker Contractor does not hold signatory authority to act on the behalf of Account Holder(s) or to make decisions on Account Holder(s) behalf. Independent Broker Contractor attests that Independent Broker Contractor has direct relationship with the Account Holder(s) however, does not have the authority to disclose the proposed documents for compliance purposes. Independent Broker Contractor attest that Independent Broker Contractor can present Account Holder(s) to Atlantean Global Trade Institute without delay.

Generic Statement: Contractor has read and understood the information stated above and acknowledges that our firm offers Monetary Exchange Solutions to the accredited investors that seeks to earn or reposition their financial agenda. Contractor agrees to disclose any and all documents or present the Account Holder(s) upon request of Atlantean Global Trade Institute for the specified service rendered. Contractor agrees to open a line of communication with our firm and Account Holder(s) to engage without delay and is responsible for informing Account Holder(s) of our institutions policy. Contractor also understands that if Contractor does not return this document and or does not comply with standard protocols, Contractor will be subjected to an automatic blacklist. Contractor will not have another opportunity to be invited to any platform that involves private currency exchanges, managed buy/sells or anything related to currency exchange or trade. I also attest that I am able to present future Account Holder(s) to Atlantean Global Trade Institute for any and all services eradicated.
