              7. Do you think reducing the legal time limit for abortion from 26 weeks to 12 weeks is right? Please see comment below the question for further description. (Required)


                8. Government consider lowering this time limit because it wants to lower number of abortions in the UK and secondly because risks of complications slightly rise in second trimester (13-26 week) compared to 1st trimester. However, mortality risk is approximately 0.6 deaths per 100 000 abortions, and the risk of major complications is less than 1% in both trimesters. Teens are more likely than older women to delay having an abortion until after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
